A Hott List is like a list of your favorite members. You can view your Hott List by clicking on My Hott List on the menu.

If another member decides to have their instant messages transfered to their mailbox, it will show up in your outgoing mail. This is where you can see if it has been read or not.

Just click on the thumbnail photo of them in the Instant Messenger window and it will bring up their profile. You can minimize the IM window in your browser and look at their profile before you decide if you want to answer them or not.

When you hover your arrow over "MY PROFILE", disregard the drop down  menu and just click on "MY PROFILE" and it will take you directly to your Profile page.

You can get to the edit your profile page by clicking on the link in the drop down menu under My Profile. You can also upload new photos, delete existing photos and change the order of your photos from this page as well.

You can change your email address by clicking on the change my email address link in the drop down menu under My Profile. You will be required to verify your new email address during the process.

You can change your password by clicking on the change my password link in the drop down menu under My Profile.

To delete your profile, you can click on the Delete my profile link on the My Account page, or you can contact us with a request to delete it for you.

Click on the forgot your password link here or when your login fails and we'll e-mail you instructions on resetting your password.

We want this to be a fun and safe dating environment for everyone. So please use common sense when posting photos of yourself.We are all adults here and adults like to have a little fun with their profile pics.It makes the site a little more interesting.Therefore it is okay for the ladies to post pics of themselves in swimsuits(thongs are okay as well) or even pics of yourselves in just a pair of panties or boy shorts and a t-shirt,but you must have a shirt on and must keep those private places covered. You may also post pics of yourselves in lingerie if you like,but not sleezy pics and no sheer see thru lingerie or panties.Keep it classy and tastefull. We don't mind sexy,but we will not tolerate trash and nudity on the site.

Men may post pics in swimsuits(but please no thongs for the men).You may post pics of yourselves in boxer shorts or underwear, but no see thru undies or boxers fellas. Men are not required to wear shirts in their photos. So men,lets keep it tasteful for the ladies and use good common sense. If you don't someone will "Report this image" and we will investigate the matter.If we find that you have posted distasteful language or photos that are over the line  your account "WILL" be deleted and you won't be allowed back on the site. So again,we don't mind sexy but we won't tolerate trash or nudity on the site.

Any photos that are inappropriate will be deleted. This includes nudity, obscene gestures, photos with weapons of any kind or photos of people other than yourself. If the problem persists, you may be permanently banned from accessing the site.

On the Preferences page, you can uncheck the box that says “Let others see if I've Hott Listed them.” This will affect all members that you have Hott Listed.

No. Other members will not be notified that you have blocked them. If you block a member and they try to send you an email or an instant message it will not show up in your inbox or IM window. It will show them that they sent you a message, but it has not been read. We will never let anyone know that they have been blocked to not cause any hard feelings among members.

First of all make "sure" you are using the correct email address and password. If you still can't log into your account,you might need to delete your temporary internet files and cookies and then try again. If for some reason you chose to "not" allow the candishoppe to set a cookie so it could communicate with your computer,you may have blocked yourself from interacting with the site. So go to "tools" at the top of your browser and click on options, then check to see if you blocked our cookies. If you did you will need to "allow" us to set cookies or completely remove them and then try to log in again. This time when the pop up window says " www.candishoppe.com wants to set a cookie"...you will need to press the "allow'' button. This shoud allow you to again communicate with the site.
